Easy Spin Laundromat respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you enter one
• The topic you select and the message you write

If you phone, text or email us instead, we hold whatever you send us in that message.

What we do not collect

• We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
• We do not run analytics that profile you across other websites.
• We do not collect payment details on this website. Payments happen at the machines, or in the TangerPay app.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that make this website work:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes form submissions. Standard server logs may record your IP address.
• Resend — delivers contact form messages to our inbox as email.
• Google — our email is Gmail, so enquiries arrive and are stored there.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia. By sending us an enquiry, you agree to that transfer.

TangerPay is separate

Our machines and the loyalty program run on TangerPay, which is a separate company with its own privacy policy. If you sign up for TangerPay, the information you give them is covered by their policy, not this one.

CCTV in store

Our laundromat is monitored by CCTV for the safety and security of customers and equipment. Footage is recorded on site, retained only as long as needed for security purposes, and shared only with WA Police or an insurer where there is a genuine reason.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your question and any follow-up, and generally no longer than two years.

Keeping it safe

This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent encrypted. Access to our email is limited to the owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it
